They say they do.
30% faster Troop relocation &
30% faster incoming assistance

However only the incoming assistance works.

The troop relocation does not work at all, be good if my $40 boots worked please.

We need a section for bugs issues i think so that the game designers, and game team can look and see what we find etc.

and the marketing team need to do more for UK server
