Gladiators...starting jumps...etc.. different proposals

Can I ask how the contest are notified when they first happen?..
1. proposal.
A gladiator-ish contest would be awesome!
Something that would bend the units to the unormal
2. proposal.
A pure skill-test of some kind that would be a brain challenge.
Something that could be welcoming by all ranks of players. (That it wouldn't matter how long and how strong you've played yourself.
To make it exciting a labyrinth of some sort maybe....?
3. proposal.
historical challenges like historic battles. Recreation of battles like 300, troy, Alexander the great, Rome and other battles in history that are worth creating again
