My Lands: Black Gem Hunting

Hello , some one can help me about this quest
Gift Monster quest said can send 70% army to attack so if i send 70% army in a ruin(A) to attack another ruin(B) with the same level -->when army of ruin A on the way to attack it has 30% army left ? and can i attack ruin A in this time ?
The last question 70% army attack ruin B will retreat at 50% loss or 100% loss?

Yes, there will only be 30% left in the ruin you are using to attack another ruin. And yes, you can go ahead and attack that ruin which has only 30% left. And for as far as I know, all monsters never retreat.
