My Lands: Black Gem Hunting

Hi,

Can someone help me with the quests that follow and their rewards once I pay 20BG for the above quest.
Also, what would your suggestion be, should I pay the 20BG or let it pass.

A messenger from the famous traveller and explorer Bomo Wolook has arrived. The latter is bored with the world he knows every corner of. He is leaving for distant unknown lands now and that’s why he decided to sell all the spells of instant Kingdom exploration he’s got left. He can come to our city and bring dozen of the spells with him. Bomo Wolook is concerned about his safety and sent his servant first. If we want to buy any spells we have to pay an advance of 20 Black Gems that will be included in the price of the spells. Above that, Bomo promises a big discount on each next spell of Kingdom exploration (from those he brings). Possession of these spells will widen our possibilities significantly in case our Visionaries learn coordinates of the Kingdom where enemy’s Pit or Lake is situated and our Explorers can’t reach – we will be able to get there and explore the Kingdom momentarily with the aid of the spell we need to explore the neighbourhood without waiting for results of long and tiring work of our Explorers we need to find great Arch-Ruins in an unknown area.
So, shall we pay the advance to the messenger?

After your invitation the famous traveller and explorer Bomo Wolook has arrived to our city. He brought some of the spells of instant Kingdom exploration that can be performed in any part of the word. But he is afraid to bring all the spells to our castle as they cost the earth! That’s why he offers us a deal: we buy the spells he has brought and he will bring some more next time. One spell costs 200 BG, but as we paid the advance of 20 BG we have to pay only 180 now. He is ready to sell the next spells cheaper. Bomo promises a big discount on each next spell of Kingdom exploration (from those he brings)! Above that, the traveller prepared a valuable gift to the most generous ruler.
