I am writing this on behalf of a coworker who recently started to play. She was just hit up for a $1.00 fee to address multiboxing issues apparently (I suspect we show up as the same IP). As it is a network computer she is using it does not have enough access to allow her to access payment sites. She could probably pay from this machine but that would almost certainly show up as multiboxing if she were to log in here. I know she tried to contact admin but has not received a response.

Is there any way for her to make the payment without being blocked for multiboxing?

another computer (home, friend, relative) or internet cafe perhaps?

Finally got a payment to work. So I am guessing the issue is resolved. Admin take note: Paysafecard payments are not working for some reason - at least there are other options.
